Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. Refunds are limited and will only be provided where permitted under Australian Consumer Law. If you have incorrectly placed an order for any item(s), a refund will only be provided for the item(s), upon attending our store location, with the same payment card used for the purchase and you will be required to provide sufficient identification (NSW Driver Licence), for security reasons. Should your circumstances satisfy those requirements, a refund will be provided. You will need to call our main store phone number on (02) 9567 5019 to raise any issues/claims that may arise with your purchase order or delivery experience.
